About us

Reparon24 is a home repair service covering Porto and Greater Porto. We do plumbing, electrics, drain unblocking, blinds, gas water heaters, boilers, cylinders, locks, door opening, toilets and upholstery cleaning.

Why a 24 hour service exists

Because the faults that cause real damage do not happen during office hours. A burst pipe at night floods your home and the flat below. A door that slams in the wind leaves somebody on the street. A water heater that dies in December leaves a house with no hot water. In those moments the thing that matters is somebody picking up the phone.

How we work

We come to the property, look at the fault and give the price before starting. If a repair is not worth doing we say so, even when that means selling less. If a part has to be ordered we tell you how long it takes instead of inventing a date.

What we do not do

We do not quote over the phone without seeing the work, because a blind price is either too high for you or too low for us and it ends in an argument either way. We do not charge for work that was not done. And we do not leave a home without water or power until the next day without saying plainly that this is what is going to happen.
