Do you really answer at any hour?
Yes. The phone is on 24 hours a day, every day of the year, public holidays included. Arrival time depends on where we are when you call, and we give you a real figure on the phone.
Is the quote free?
The quote is free and it is given after we have seen the fault. There is nothing to pay unless you authorise the work.
Why will you not quote over the phone?
Because almost no fault can be judged at a distance. Two leaks described the same way can mean half an hour or half a day. On the phone we tell you what we can and what depends on seeing it.
Which areas do you cover?
Porto, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia, Maia, Gondomar, Valongo, Espinho, Vila do Conde and Póvoa de Varzim. If you are outside that area, call anyway and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
