From Nova Póvoa to Rates: what changes from area to area

Póvoa grew from inland towards the sea. In the Bairro da Matriz there are still narrow lanes and old single family houses. If the flat is yours but you live elsewhere, call anyway. We need someone you trust on site: a neighbour, a relative or whoever manages the let. Payment is agreed before we set off.

Give us the parish and the locality too. In Aguçadoura, among the greenhouses, or in Rates, Laundos and Balazar, the street name is not always enough: the church, a café or the name of the house saves time.
