What we collect

This site has no forms and collects no data through a form. When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we hold your number, the name you give us and the address we need to attend, because without those there is no way to carry out the work.

What it is used for

To book and carry out the job, issue an invoice and answer questions about work already done. It is not used for anything else and it is not sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long it is kept

Billing records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law. Everything else is kept only while it is needed to follow up on the work.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. There is no cross site tracking.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction of anything wrong, or deletion of what is no longer needed. Requests go through the same phone contact as the service.
